VOTE VOTE VOTE!!

Four of us over at Unity (me, robyn, brooke and laura) are in Round 1 of the Simple Scrapbooks "So You Think You Can Stamp" contest.

If you are so inclined, I (and we) would so very appreciate your vote!! I think you can vote once a day until the round closes? (Not sure about that one - but I'm sure you can at least vote once...) :)

THANK YOU, and please feel free to pass the word....

Journaling reads:

"Behind our building at the Westin Miyako in Kyoto, a beautiful bird trail worked its way up the mountainside. After a long day of sightseeing, and when the heat had cooled somewhat, we decided to attempt the climb. Perhaps the walking sticks at the base of the trail should have warned us. The hike turned out to be very vigorous. Parts of it were marked with hundreds of little steps, others were more roughly natural. The walking sticks became crucial to keeping our balance, as the trail went on and on (and on and on). At one point, a sign was posted, saying the burning sensation in our lungs was actually cleansing to the spirit. But we plugged on, and eventually, we reached the top!! We were so proud of ourselves. The beautiful view and the clean mountain air had an invigorating effect, as our inner warrior escaped, and we celebrated our accomplishments. August, 2008. Kyoto, Japan."
